STRESS

Chronic stress accelerates premature aging by shortening DNA telomeres.

A wide range of studies has shown that the stress caused by things like untreated depression, social isolation, long-term unemployment, and anxiety attacks can speed-up the aging process by shortening the length of each DNA strand.

Stress can cause wrinkles to form because high amounts of cortisol, the stress hormone, can break down the skin’s collagen and elastin.

Research has found that chronic stress can increase inflammation, causing skin aging and accelerating wrinkles’ formation.

This is one of the examples I want to point out. Physically taking care of yourself is good, but you cannot stay young and beautiful under chronic stress.

 

LIFESTYLE CHOICES

The daily choices we make either prolong or accelerates the aging process.

For example, you choose to lie down all day and watch movies rather than do things to stimulate you mentally or physically. 

The use of harsh chemicals around the body can be a culprit of premature aging and possible diseases.

Everything from fingernail polish to natural products that make you feel good (aka high) and the medications that we pump into our body can have age-related side effects.

Help slow down aging by learning to listen to your body. This can change Everything.

If you are tired, rest. If you are full, stop eating. 

The system I made will not just make you stay young and beautiful, but also make you aware of your daily struggles and, little by little, solve them.
